14 Year Old Bit By Dog at Park

Another dog bite was reported in the news this week, this time affecting a 14-year-old boy in Townsite Park.

The incident, which happened on April 11 between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., was a surprise to the young boy who was riding his bicycle on the east side of the park. He told police that the dog ran up to him and bit him on the ankle. The owner ran up shortly after, retrieved the dog, and told the young boy not to worry, that it had already had its rabies shots.

However, she quickly left without leaving him with her contact information. Since the woman did not return to help the young boy, he has started a series of rabies shots to ensure his safety. The Moorhead Police Department is asking for assistance in locating the woman and her dog. It is vital that they obtain the animal's vaccination records to protect the young boy's health.

If you've been attacked by a dog, now is the time tocontact us to discuss your case with a Los Angeles personal injury lawyer.
