Pesticide Company Sued for Wrongful Deaths

When one family lost their two little girls to pesticide poisoning, they took time to grieve and then filed a wrongful death lawsuit. According to the suit, the family is suing the pesticide company that serviced their home.

Based on medical reports obtained from the coroner, the parents learned that the girls, ages 4 and 15, died after breathing in the fumes of a dangerous chemical used to kill mice outside of their house. The parents hold the pesticide company, as well as the person who distributed the chemical, responsible for the tragedy.

Not wanting to go to court, the pesticide company has decided to settle the lawsuit with the parents. At this time, the details of the settlement are being kept a secret by both parties. The legal team for the pesticide company is not releasing any further comments about its client besides expressing remorse for the loss of two young lives.
