Anna Lynne McCord Named in Lawsuit

An accident from two years ago is now causing actress Anna Lynne McCord serious problems. The star of "90210" has been named in a lawsuit in which her negligent driving caused another driver to need surgery on his back, neck and shoulder.

This is all due to a car accident that happened in 2009 in Los Angeles. McCord had just bought a new silver Mini Cooper when she got into the accident with the man now suing her. At that time the other driver's car was towed from the scene.

The injured male is suing McCord for unknown damages including medical expenses and wage loss. There have been no comments from McCord regarding the lawsuit.
