Police Report Truck and Minivan Collision

Tragedy struck in Minot when a 2010 Chevrolet pickup truck collided with a 2000 Pontiac minivan traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 2.

Investigators learned that the 30-year-old man driving the minivan turned in front of the pickup truck as it was attempting to drive on 62nd Street Northwest. The driver of the minivan was taken to Trinity Hospital and later pronounced dead. Matthew McDonald, 26, and passenger Joseph Sallgren II, 26, escaped injury in large part due to their seat belts.

If you have been involved in a truck accident and you sustained serious injuries, you may be wondering if you are entitled to monetary compensation for your pain and suffering.  In order to become informed of your rights and options, you should contact our legal team and set up a time to discuss your case with a Los Angeles personal injury lawyer who has handled cases that are similar to yours.
