Brett Michaels Sues CBS for Serious Injuries

News sources report that singer Bret Michaels is attempting to sue CBS Broadcasting and the organizers of the Tony awards for an accident that nearly killed him.

The case was brought before a federal judge in Los Angeles, U.S. District Judge Dolly Gee, who decided that it should be heard in Manhattan where the accident took place. The network agrees, stating that all of the witnesses to the accident reside in the city. Michaels reportedly suffered serious injuries while performing at the 2009 Tonys after a piece of the set fell on his head. He was performing with his group, Poison, at the time.

The Poison front man later reported that the incident caused him to suffer a brain hemorrhage, an injury so severe that it could have killed him.

If you have suffered multiple serious injuries, you should be able to focus on your recovery while a Los Angeles personal injury lawyer handles the legal aspects of your case.
