Car Crashes with Metropolitan Transportation Authority Bus

When a car collided with a Metropolitan Transportation Authority bus, eleven people were injured.

The bus accident is still under investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, along with the Los Angeles Fire Department. Three of the passengers were children, young girls ranging in age from 2 to 5, who were accompanied by their pregnant mother. While the children sustained minor injuries, their mother was brought to a local hospital to check on the condition of her unborn child.

As for the driver of the car, a 30-year-old woman, she had to be extracted from her car. She was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, along with the passengers of the bus who ranged from 18 to 65.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has yet to determine a cause for the bus accident.
