Medical Center Sued for Wrongful Death

A medical center is in the middle of a wrongful death lawsuit for the supposed accidental killing of a 24-year-old man.

According to the victim's family, the young man, an up-and-coming CPA, was taken to the hospital with pain and discomfort. It took five hours for a doctor to see him; when he was finally diagnosed, the medical team labeled him as a "Condition C," or a condition that did not require immediate attention. However, it has since been shown that the doctors were negligent in identifying his ailment and should have taken immediate action.

The young man lost his life on the operating table due to a brain herniation.

This is not the first suit that has been filed by the family. They have already won one suit for the amount of $2.5 million for the mistakes made by the medical staff in determining his condition; this was in addition to the $10 million suit won for lost wages.
