Drunk Driver Faces Criminal Charges for Accident

A night out on the town should never end in death, but it can if you drink and then drive.

This week, a young man caused a fatal drunk driving accident in the city of Los Angeles. When officers arrived on the scene, they discovered that two of his passengers, a 24-year-old man and a 29-year-old man, died when the car overturned outside of the city. The arresting officers determined that not only was the 27-year-old driver speeding, but he was also intoxicated.

A fourth passenger inside of the vehicle was lucky enough to be wearing a seat belt, preventing him from suffering any serious injuries. Police say that the driver of the car is now facing numerous criminal charges, including driving under the influence and murder.
