Jet Ski Accident Causes Fatalities on California Waters

Water safety is no laughing matter as it could mean life or death. Three women riding a jet ski were not cautious and, as a result, they lost their lives in San Dimas, California last week.

The three women were riding the jet ski at local lake when they crashed into a powerboat. All three women – ages 25, 35 and 60 – lost their lives almost immediately. There were three men and one woman in the boat that was crashed into, all of whom were injured. In fact, one young woman, age 22, was thrown into the water from the impact.

Thanks to medical helicopters, the injured were transported to area hospitals to receive immediate medical treatment following the boat accident.

Unfortunately, boat accidents can happen at any time, especially if people are negligent while on the water. If you have been the victim of a boat accident in California, learn more about your legal options by contacting the Law Offices of Gerald L. Marcus to consult with one of our Los Angeles personal injury lawyers.
